  1. To treat others and workshop/retreat spaces with respect, this includes quickly cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, etc.
  2. That you assume all risk for your activities while attending workshops/retreats.
  3. That you’ll wear a life jacket (provided) while in the river. Water shoes/old tennis shoes are not provided but are a very good idea.
  4. You understand there is no lifeguard on duty.
  5. That you’ll be responsible for the costs associated with any damage that you cause.
  6. To abide by the quiet hours of 7am until 7pm each day in shared writing retreat spaces.
  7. No smoking/vaping/etc indoors or near entrance ways.
  8. That pets are not allowed.

  10. That no firearms are allowed. That no fireworks are allowed.
  11. That there is no hunting allowed on the property. (Fishing is okay with a license which can be obtained online at https://www.wvhunt.com/login)
