A 1,000-word writing sample of a work that is in process. The work does not need to be complete but the sample that is submitted should start at the beginning. Or provide links to work published online.
A a personal statement of up to 200 words outlining who you are as a writer, who/ what inspires you, what you plan to work on while utilizing the fellowship time and space.
